are not responsible for how you use these races above.
You are responsible for your own betting and judgment.
If you lose money from any of the races above we are not responsible
for your bets or for how you bet, the above races are what we think
will lose the race/s, they are not guaranteed to lose. Remember
there is no such thing as a sure thing. Please bet responsibly you
are in charge of your own money and your betting not Losetowin.
Losetowin are not responsible for any of your losses that you get
through using the above races. Lose to win reserve the right to make
system upgrades or updates to the site whenever necessary without notice
full members will receive one & half days for every day lost due to
updates or upgrades etc. Lose to win reserve the right to suspend
this website without any notice given and any refund is at the
discretion of Lose to win. Lose to win reserve the
right change these terms and conditions without notice.
Lose to win cannot guarantee the correct spelling of every horse
or race, we advise you to check that the correct spelling is made
before using any information on this site.
No responsibility will be accepted for consequences of actions based on
any information contained on this website. Lose To Win does not guarantee
that it will upload information everyday to the Todays Lays Members area
there may be the odd times when Lose To Win does not upload to
the members area this is at the discretion on Lose To Win.
Once you have paid
for any of our memberships or product via Paypal, cheque
or any other forms of payment no refund will be given.
Like everyone else we are only human and we do need Holidays
as there is a lot of concentration needed when picking the lays.
Lose To Win will be on holiday for approx. 4 weeks every year
We will put an announcement on the members area approx. 2 weeks
before our holidays, no lays will be uploaded during or holiday times.
Please note we will only take
1 week at a time not all 4 weeks together not including the Christmas
shut down or bank holidays. Any refund is subject to a minimum 10% administration
fee. No responsibility is assumed by losetowin
or any member of staff from losetowin for any injury and/or damage
and/or loss of money and/or loss sustained to persons or property as
a matter of the use of the losetowin lays
or software or website
or products liability, negligence or
otherwise, or from any use of operation of any methods, products,
instructions or ideas contained in the losetowin website or material herein.
